He is a creeper. Do report it as it is not his first time harassing people.

Years ago he blocked me because he couldn't manage a civil debate, then proceeded to stalk me with his alt and beeet ch about me for months until I reported him for it.

Sumthing definitely has special needs if any. They closed all his alt accounts years back and apparently he’s rebuilding his army of alt accounts. I didn’t back then understand they left him stay here and could have told them he won’t change. He wouldn’t know how to be a decent person.
