Finally watched the movie but have mixed feelings about it. What do you feel?
So I finally watched this Bollywood movie Dhamaal 4 in PVR multiplex of Phoenix Marketcity mall of our city Bangalore in India. Overall I would say it was a really funny movie and I had a good laugh but sadly this is also something I won't repeat again likely like I did with the OG Dhamaal (the first one in the Dhamaal series). The first Dhamaal released in 2007 is still unbearable. That one had so many funny iconic scene like Ashish Chaudhary and his father played by Asrani slapping him, their airplane scene, Jaaved Jaafery being dumb and naive while Arshad Warsi speaking so much, Riteish Deshmukh being in a bus which was hijacked and many more. All scenes were iconic and funny and i rewatched it multiple times and always ended up laughing. The 4th Dhamaal had Jaaved Jaafery, Arshad Warsi and Riteish Deshmukh but no Ashish Chaudhary and sadly Asrani is no more(RIP). Additional actor Ajay Devgn was there tho.
The scenes were still funny. I still enjoyed Jaaved Jaafery so much being dumb and all but there was only one of his iconic moment in this movie where they said whoever will do this task first come forward and everyone else goes behind while Jaaved is standing front and he gets scared and says why do I only be front in dangerous situations hahahaha. Sadly didn't have too many memorable iconic scenes. Arshad Warsi in this movie had a wife and so did Riteish Deshmukh. Even actress Esha Gupta was there in the movie too was known to make movies with actor Emraan Hashmi like Jannat 2 and Raaz 3 in the early 2010s and she was one of my celebrity crush but in this movie, she didn't have much roles. Even the songs were forgettable too. Also the comedy legend Johnny lever who was in the 3rd sequel of Dhamaal wasn't here so yeah without him, some comedy was missing. Overall tho I still laughed and liked it quite a lot but still doesn't beat the OG Dhamaal.
