@Younameit Absolutely. It is our nature, but a lot of people are able to control it because we know better. Maybe that's part of evolution. Maybe the trumps of the world are gonna go extinct.

@EldritchFox I do believe greed is an inherent trait of us humans and of life in general. Just observe small kids who don’t want to share their toys and want the toys all for themselves.
They don’t know any better and they eventually learn that that’s not nice, but some humans never learn how to share. And become super greedy and vicious individuals, that’s where you find your multi millionaires and billionaires.

A lot of parents don't teach how to not be greedy.

Maybe greed is still so primitive it'll evolve away. Maybe it'll be the pervasive rot that ends humanity.
