@Bleak You are right. I remember when I was in my training, I slept fitfully even when the dormitory was burning with outside temperatures around 50°C & awoke fresh but now 30s are exhausting

@xbandoleerx Exactly. Our bodies and minds adapt to the conditions we live in. The more accustomed we become to comfort, the more ordinary discomfort starts to feel overwhelming.
