@CurrentName Yes. Whats wrong in it if I am talking respectfully and normally? As long as I am respecting it and moving on if they aren't interested in talking whats bad in talking and being social? Plus whats wrong in talking to women of different backgrounds and cultures?

I didn't say there was anything wrong with it my friend.
I think it's great .
I wouldn't have the confidence to just walk up to strange women everywhere I went.
Maybe it's a cultural thing.
