A big part of this job is synthesizing angry vendor statements into logical ones, and being the messenger of said statements to another person/group

I do my best, but they usually get upset in some form anyway, and then I get to deal with anger from both sides.

I still love my job, but this part of it is challenging and I think an older version of me wouldn't have been able to handle it.
