Some days are just like the food that turns out well, you keep on having another plate and one more plate and it is still delicious......

So the moon came out, full, big and red. Orange, deep. Beautiful, no words. Bright, warm, quiet.

And then I cooked something that vegetarians would love, soya burgers in a well crafted and red-inspired sauce: garlic, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, paprika, tomato sauce, more garlic, walnuts, oregano, butter, corn. More garlic. Delicious...and the moon.. eating outside, and the moon is ..uhm..
