One of the kitchen users feels I publicly shamed her by posting about mess in the commercial kitchen/doors being unlocked to the building I LIVE IN

I was actually very gentle about it, but it's a serious concern for me, especially about the unlocked doors.

Several kitchen users have brought up her mess.

I didn't name her, I just posted about it in the group chat as a gentle reminder for everyone.

She sent me a novel about it and then blocked me I think.

I apologized to her, but goddamn. I actually don't feel like I was in the wrong. I'm just doing m'jab.

You're not responsible for her feelings of guilt or shame. Unlocked doors ARE a security concern. You definitely don't sound like the a-hole here, especially if you didn't even use her name.

Maybe she'll unblock you once she has a chance to collect herself.

Sounds like she’s suffering from a guilty conscience and if she did block you, it’s her way of trying to hide from her own embarrassment.
