My landlord texting me about a "drug dealer" being outside my old place to try and get me to bother my tenant about it

I'm thinking back to times when the building didn't used to lock and I'd come home or leave to someone smoking meth, pssing in the stairwell, and shooting up in the stairwell.
When I told her, she told me to call the police.
So I am going to tell her the same fkn thing
She's acting like it doesn't constantly happen
(Pretty sure she is trying to annoy me to get me to giving up my apt so she can double the rent)
P.S. I live in the market building now, but I subletted my apt to keep a good rental rate and also to offer it to another person who could use a break. My landlord has millions of dollars 🙄
