I'm going to start making teeny tiny changes.

I am so burnt out and overwhelmed but I need to get sh it done. So I think instead of feeling super anxious and doing nothing, I'll do something little every day. A phonecall. A chore. Blood work. Exercise. A change.

Little by little.

That sounds like a great plan. Teeny tiny is better than nothing! iMO This is a great place to record your tiny challenge/step.

To hit two of those, I highly suggest going for walkies in the middle of a field and screaming at the top of your lungs to get everything out. That's exercise + a change covered ✔
