No. Just keep going. Don't overlook anything that may help you as of right now.
Take what you can get.

You want independence and your parents off your back and a reason to be out of the house often enough to socialize... So why not take the job you can get for now until you can get the job you want? Getting a job doing something that isn't your dream or area of expertise doesn't mean you HAVE to stay in that position forever but at the very least, you'll feel like you're doing something with yourself. Not to mention it adds something new to your resume and gives you more reasons to be in town.

While you're working at one, keep your resume updated and work on it, maybe even ask people for pointers but enjoy the freedom however small then when the time is right and possible, move on to bigger and better things. 🤷🏾 It's worth a shot. If you never try you'll never know.
Bet you wish you had become a plumber.. Right?😷
