Another rant post about my current ongoing job search situation. Will I be in this freaking loop forever?

So as you all know I just completed my MBA very recently and job searching but it's feeling like I am in a frustrating loop for months or maybe a year. Yeah I officially fully completed my MBA 7 months ago but it's been a year since I quit the edtech internship and since then I have been searching for a job. It's so hard because my major in MBA was in Business Analytics and it's so hard to get a Business Analyst role at entry level even though I live in Bangalore which is the major IT hub of India. I am a 25 year old grown man who should be working but yet I am not getting a job. I am trying, filling job applications online, sending my resume and everything but these Business Analyst roles are too picky. I am not even applying for ones asking experience but applying for Trainee or internship roles which will convert to full time in a month but even that is brutal. Often time ATS itself rejects my resume so I don't even get an interview scheduled but recently I did have some interviews and some rounds but idk they just ghosted me.

Like recently I had an interview for a Marketing Analyst trainee role where I cleared the technical interview round but in the HR round, the HR executive asked me whether I have any experience in Google Analytics tool even though the job description and the technical round never mentioned about it and only talked about Excel, dashboarding and reporting and I also shared about my summer internship where I used excel and power BI. I was honest and said them I don't have experience in Google Analytics but I will learn and upskill myself in it but yeah the HR told he will let me know but they completely ghosted me. Last week Tuesday, I called the recruiter asking for update but she said she was on leave so she will ask them and let me know but yeah she never let me know and it's been a week and complete silence.

I am honestly frustrated. I also live with parents(normal in India) and my mom plenty of times talks about jobs and can be demotivating and even say things like "I think even this whole year will go like this". She also compares me with others who are working. But yeah they are working in tech jobs or Marketing which aren't so hard to get like Analyst roles. This ghosting is what is frustrating me the most and makes me so angry. Whats worse is I do get calls from some companies who see my profile on job portals but they all are Sales or cold calling roles which doesn't align with my Business Analytics background so I get angrier how nothing about my role and mostly roles which doesnt align with me. What do you feel? Will I be in this loop forever?

You want independence and your parents off your back and a reason to be out of the house often enough to socialize... So why not take the job you can get for now until you can get the job you want? Getting a job doing something that isn't your dream or area of expertise doesn't mean you HAVE to stay in that position forever but at the very least, you'll feel like you're doing something with yourself. Not to mention it adds something new to your resume and gives you more reasons to be in town.

While you're working at one, keep your resume updated and work on it, maybe even ask people for pointers but enjoy the freedom however small then when the time is right and possible, move on to bigger and better things. 🤷🏾 It's worth a shot. If you never try you'll never know.
Bet you wish you had become a plumber.. Right?😷

It’s a mystery why young males can’t find jobs in their fields 🤐

No. Just keep going. Don't overlook anything that may help you as of right now.
Take what you can get.
