Honestly thay seems to be rhe way of every corporate or givernment agency website these days. It seems to ger worse every year and with every so called inprovment.

I do partly blame buisinesses and agencies for being intentionally convoluted. Though today's programmers and coders also share a huge part of the blame for alway insisting ideas are good or streamlined when these improvements and streamlinings are only intuitive and user friendly to spergy ass coders but complete nonsense and drawn out chores to anyone who touches grass.

@MethDozer yeah I definitely think it's to their benefit that the websites function poorly

And some of the most basic janky ass websites from smaller businesses are way more functional and straight-forward than the big jerks
