This was one of the best interaction I had today but there was this slight "Oh no" moment too. Can you relate to this?

So today at first i had a great interaction with a British flight attendant and a bubbly Indian woman who is a psychology student. But in UB City mall of our city Bangalore in India which is very luxurious and cosmopolitan, i initiated a conversation with this woman from Poland. She was very bubbly too. We talked. She said she just freshly completed her Masters in Computer Science and job searching too so yeah in the same boat as me as I just finished my MBA too and job searching. She went wow tho for real when I said I am done with an MBA and asked me things about it. Today was also my first time going out with a light stubble on face as I didn't shave for 3 days and trying to see how I look with a beard. So yeah I asked her which city of Poland she is from and she said Krakow. I never heard of it so she laughed a bit and said it's okay many people don't know about the city. I also asked her which is the best food of Poland and she said Pierogi and also some more food names which she doesn't remember.

After asking our names, she asked me whether I am from Bangalore, I said not really I am from Bengal state but living in Bangalore since 2008 so yeah I was basically a child when I came here. So she said "yeah you were, I think you are 24 or 25 right?" And I said yes I am 25 now and asked her age and she said she is 27 which is perfect. She was really very pretty and cute and I was fully enjoying the interaction and her bubbly nature. But then when I asked her is she traveling around the world now, she said "Not really. Actually my boyfriend came here for a conference so I came with him. While he is attending the conference, I am exploring the city solo". So yeah hearing her mention her boyfriend made me go "Oh no" even though obviously i didn't approach her for dating purpose and just for socializing and making new connections in this transitional phase of my life but yeah I was composed and only felt that way for a few minutes and still continued the interaction as she was still talking a lot haha. Eventually I had a handshake with her and said it was nice meeting you and she said the same. Overall still a solid cross-cultural interaction.

Sounds like a very pleasant way to pass time.
