How did I look in this outfit? Do you feel it's still fine to wear baggy jeans like this at 25?

So yesterday in my Sunday outings I wore this dress and also wore baggy jeans and socializing with women in it. Many wear it in areas like Indiranagar, Church Street, UB City mall of our city Bangalore in India as they are very urban and cosmopolitan but do you feel 25 is still fine to wear these? Many online keeps saying how at 25 we should be matured and more serious and many nowadays compress youth to 18-22 mostly so I am wondering whether now I am slightly past the age to wear such jeans. What do you feel?
