I went out dancing with my friends and had a great time

Today I feel dreadfully anxious and guilty because of the drinking.

I didn't do or say anything cruel or stupid, I think I just have in the past and have that association with drinking now.

I also feel embarrassed about people watching me dance because I am terrible at it, but I had fun.
