When I power clean and jerked 195 a couple years back, I got fired up for the rest of the day.
And then there's also the time on Valentine's Day when I went to the campus gym and it was pretty much empty - 2 and a half hours of epic smashing and thrusting of heavy metal without anyone getting in the way!
