Probably some movie or other, or maybe some review of an album.
Nothing comes to mind.

yes in my teen I was quite excited to go theater for movies but when I first saw a movie there feel so disappointed as felt a lot wasting of time

@taneegoan This is how I feel about live shows, even of the bands I really like. I can't enjoy art when there are so many people around me. They always distract me too much.

@CrazyMusicLover can understand that situation

Marriage. Then I got rid of it.

I'm sure there were many fancy looking sweets like that in my childhood. I also used to be fascinated by colorful cocktails but obviously wasn't allowed to drink alcohol yet. When I finally had one, it wasn't all that and I never really liked the taste and burning sensation of alcohol.
I also discovered that live shows aren't among my top experiences as well. I mean, if I had a chance to see my favorite bands, I'd still go but knowing that there's a high chance I will be uncomfortable for at least 50% of time spent there.

Yep.
Entered the pool of new hires on a specialized, rigorous career track.
We were realistic about our expectations, and quickly separated fact from hype.
Unapparent though, were the galling disparities between industry demands, and a minimum regard for crew safety or quality of life.
This was the surprise buried in pages of contract fine print.
Silence equalled loyalty, so the ugly truths rarely got out.
Only retirees or jaded career veterans looking elsewhere, freely shared warnings & horror stories.
Some people stayed, others left or diversified.
Unfortunate, but I was lucky to spot this early on, and avoided getting burned. Quickly diverting time and talent better spent elsewhere.
