So this was one of the most unbelievable interactions I had. Do you feel it too?
So in my previous post i shared about my interactions with foreign women in Central areas of our city Bangalore in India but I also interacted with some foreign men as well as I just enjoy cross-cultural interactions in general. So in Third Wave Coffee of Church Street, I saw an African man sitting there. I sat at a table close to his and initiated a conversation with him. Yeah I used the same line "I am just saying Hi to new people" which I use to talk to women as well. He is literally from the West African country Togo. Yes at first I was confused with the name "Togo" as I heard it for the first time. I also was honest to him that this is my first time hearing this country name and he said it's a country in West Africa. So yeah we talked about travel, career and many more. He is mostly in his 20s too and I am 25 and that he is traveling in major Indian cities like Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad. It was a great cross-cultural interaction. Not gonna lie tho I was feeling hungry at the time and as many African countries seem to have amazing food, I was curious about how yummy food in Togo would be.
Another honorable mention is my interaction in Indiranagar area which is the hipster part of our city. I saw this white man in doctor uniform coming out of this clinic which is for Spinal cords. I talked with him as he was on lunch break. He is literally from Canada. Yeah he is an expat doctor here and I didn't expect to see a Canadian (or any foreign) doctor here in Bangalore which is an Indian city. Usually most expats in Bangalore are exchange students, working professionals in tech companies or big MNCs, interns in IT as Bangalore is an IT city but never knew some expats can be doctor too. He is a middle aged man tho so quite older than me. I was truly amazed tho meeting a doctor from Canada haha.
