Serious question everyone, do you feel this is a Mulliner edition of Bentley Continental GT?

So I saw this Bentley Continental GT in Indiranagar area of our city Bangalore in India which is the hipster area of our city. So I just fine this car so elegant and the V8 engine sounds amazing even if not super loud. But yeah another car youtuber from Bangalore uploaded this same Bentley Continental GT car in our city and mentioned it being a Mulliner version. But it's hard to know. Because see if you look at the grills they do look a bit similar to the front grills used in a Mulliner model but if you look at the tyre, the Bentley logo "B" should be upside down even if the wheels rotate but here the B is rotating with the wheels too so I wonder whether the Youtuber was lying by mentioning it as a Mulliner model. Posted it in my Instagram stories even keeping a poll asking whether it's a Mulliner model but none of my peers answered. I thought the word "Mulliner" will sound exotic or cool or wow to most Indians so more engagement but nah. So can you watch this video of this car I filmed and say whether it's a Mulliner Continental GT?
