Do you feel muscle cars won't work in India at all?

I mean as a car enthusiast it often enters my mind that why there are no muscle cars in India. Most people buy hatchbacks, crossovers and SUVs. Yesterday in our city Bangalore in India in Church Street and Lavelle Road where people come out with their performance cars I saw this Ford Mustang GT and even a Shelby Mustang too. Yeah for many American users a Mustang is nothing but here in India they are exotic and super rare. V8 engine cars are very rare here so the Mustang's V8 exhaust sound definitely stands out. As a 25 year old car enthusiast, this sound is music to my ears. But yeah sadly it definitely seems like muscle cars won't work in India. Thats because the roads aren't the best here and lots of speedbumps. On top of that most Indians prefer a more affordable car and fuel efficiency is the most important thing for many here. A car giving the best mileage is preferred so most cars here usually have 1.0L to 1.5L(some SUVs have more) engine often 3 and 4 cylinder ones and just 70-120 Horsepower often. A Ford Mustang with large V8s would mostly be less fuel efficient for sure here. So yeah thats why most family cars in India don't have V6s or V8s. What do you feel?
