Feeling the pull from within 🖤

To retreat into my shell.

Bile rising in my stomach at the thought of never seeing her sweet toothless smile in the morning again.

When I lost my mom, I poured out. When I lost my dad, I buried it somewhere and not sure I will ever resurrect it.

Losing her, I don't want to feel the harshness of the world. I want the chance to be tender without the world laughing at me.
