Voicing your fears can be a good way to address them. Sometimes it’s best just doing it on your own. Doing it with others can often lead to people minimising and/or simply dismissing your fears because it’s easier than listening or being constructively supportive So if sharing be careful with whom. If you find the right person/people it can be really up lifting.
