how long is appropriate to respond to missed call with text?

Two hours sounds like a good amount of time. Not too quickly, but not days later. The person left a voicemail but there was wind so I couldn't understand a word of it. Ugh, i'm so not a talk on the phone person.

@retrowaves: Exactly. "2 business days" is really only applicable in the real business world... not when your buddy hits you up for a favor, or to see how you're doing. Lol.
