Often times before I say things now I have to picture someone else saying what I'm about to say

To see if it makes me cringe or not.

I have a habit of being over apologetic and it makes me look so weak

I never thought of it that way. I tend to apologize just to keep the peace, even when I know I have absolutely nothing to be sorry for. maybe I should try that strategy.

@Bexsy it's really helped me see that it's not always necessary 💙💙 it's still hard to break the habit though
