The other day, my mom had her first fall...

She is in her late 60s. She stepped on her dress and fell on her face onto hard concrete. The sad thing is, she had just come back from a wedding.

My brother took her to the hospital where they did a CT scan for her brain and multiple X-rays for different bones. Thank God it was all superficial, but the bruising is horrible. I almost fainted when I saw her.

Mom is just so precious. She is like my little baby. I dunno how to describe it. She didn't deserve any of that sh•t ):

I suffered the same as your mom...recently and ended up in a care home for a bit.

Sure hope it doesn't happen again to her. She clearly sounds like a lovely person and you care so much about her.

@Nunki Thank you, my last two posts are about it and what recently happened to me there. I will get the help and support I need to get my life back. I do hope that this never happens to your mom again and so glad it was only superficial damage.

hope your mom heels well. you seem like such a good daughter. keep a good eye on her as she gets older. i remember when my mom fell and broke her hip....scary time.
