What's a noise that you absolutely can't stand?

For me, it's the sound of people scraping their yogurt tin for the very last morsel. IT'S EMPTY!

The screech of chalk against a chalkboard has no analogue. Usually chalk against a chalkboard is a soft, unobtrusive noise, but if you angle the chalk wrong, the noise is absolutely unbearable.
