What We Love, We Lose

Life feels so unfair sometimes
The things we don’t want fade away easily,
but the things we love the most
are never ours to keep.
And when they finally are,
fear and fate take them back
leaving us helpless,
just watching everything slip away 😔

@jshm2 Interesting how confidently you reduce complex emotions to a simplistic blame game.

Not everything we lose is due to carelessness. Some losses happen despite doing everything right. Life isn’t always a transaction.
