Today has not gone as well as I'd hoped

I managed to eat a bit of solid-ish food (pumpkin soup)

But not very much. I am stressed and feeling guilty and unprepared for the Annual General Meeting on the weekend.

I wanted to have everything done by now, to present on Saturday.

I already did sent out most documents to the membership, have the food and drinks sorted, but two documents are still yet to be complete.

I know it'll be okay, but I wanted to make a good impression as we have these meetings only once a year and this is my first one as the new manager

I get that, but there's still a bit of time. Take what meds you can to clear your head and sleep tonight, then tackle it tomorrow. 🫂

@NudasPriest yeah I am considering taking meds but worried they're gonna make me so drowsy. I'll see how I feel after this food settles in!
@caccoon I find decongestants to be magic, depending on symptoms of course. Drowsy today might not be a bad thing. You'll need extra sleep.

Crap timing though, sorry.

@NudasPriest yeah I might take the nighttime medication just to be comfy for the night at least and hope to feel better in the morning 😩
