I'm too nice

Whenever I'm at work or school. I deal with all types of disrespect. Yes i get that it's the way of the world but it doesn't stop me from having these feelings and retaliating.

For example: I recently went back to school and got made fun of by this obnoxious teen who smokes weed in the bathroom all the time. So what i did was rat him out to my counselor by email.

Also i work at a fast food restaurant where i get chastised by my boss alot. I hate holding my tongue. I feel like one of these days, i will go off.
