Why do I often feel attracted to actresses in their 20s when watching a movie or web series?
So this has been happening a lot when I watch these movies and web series like last week I watched this 2004 Bollywood movie Hulchul in which I got this crush or attraction towards actress Kareena Kapoor who was 24 during the movie. Usually I watch Indian movies as my parents watch them in weekends so this is only about Indian actresses. So today I was watching the new 2026 Bengali crime thriller/detective web series named Thakumar Jhuli which is on the OTT platform named Hoichoi(it's similar to Netflix). Yeah I am Bengali living in the city Bangalore since 2008 so we sometimes watch Bengali series. So the web series is about an old senior woman played by Shrabanti Banerjee(she is just 38 but she is playing the role of a much older detective) solving a murder mystery along with her granddaughter as her assistant who is played by the actress Divyani Mondal. This is similar to Feluda detective series where Feluda is a middle aged man who is the detective and his cousin Topshe(usually a young man in his 20s) who is his assistant. But here I am feeling so attracted to Divyani Mondal. She is a 21 year old actress and I am 25.
It's hard that her beauty is distracting me so much haha. I can concentrate during the Feluda series as Topshe is a male but here Divyani is the female version of Topshe and as a straight 25 year old male, I am of course feeling attracted by seeing such a pretty woman in her 20s solving cases with Shrabanti. Shrabanti looks amazing at 38 too but in the movie she is acting as a senior aged woman(60+) so I am mainly getting this attraction towards Divyani as she is so close to my age and genuinely pretty. I know she is an actress and it's a movie and I won't meet her but damn i just imagine how amazing and warm a hug from her will be. Honestly I usually nowadays crave more for a warm hug from a woman even more than a kiss honestly. So yeah I am unable to focus on the case they are solving because of Divyani for real. Idk why I am suddenly feeling this while watching movies even though I talk to real women (both Indian and foreign ones) in person so I am not longer the guy who has 0 female interactions. I mean I can't even meet the actresses in person. Is it fine tho?
