Staph with the flickering! 😩

Lately they're doing this most annoying thing where they fry all our electronic devices by constantly turning electricity on and off for a split second at the time. -_-

I think it's because they're fixing things but I never know when they're done as it's not on the chart, and it goes on for hours. It's on for like 10 minutes and I start thinking it's fine, then they do it again! 😒

It's like a freaking lightshow in here.
