I wish people would confront other people with issues.
Because I bet so much of it is simple misunderstanding. And we don't have to torture each other with it. Just squish it.

@ScreamingFox I was thinking the opposite— pointing out flaws to those with power over you is risky as it has gotten me into trouble in the past

I've confronted things with bosses before even if they didn't like it to clear things up. They aren't gods, just imperfect people.
