I know days can get weary. I do hope you're doing well today. We just have to take it one day at a time, not get anxious over the future. Pray for each other each day. If anyone can help us, it is God. When you feel like giving up,remember that God is holding you, even if you can’t feel His presence, He is always there.
Your current struggle is not your final destination; it is a temporary season where God can renew your strength when you feel weak.Do not throw away your confidence, as it will be richly rewarded. When you feel like giving up, God's message, as conveyed through scripture, is one of unfailing presence, strength, and hope, encouraging you to persevere, because He is with you, will not abandon you, and is working for your good, promising rest and a future, despite current struggles. "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5) and "I can do all things through him who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13).
"But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint" (Isaiah 40:31).
That's one of my favorite scripture verses that always helps me find renewed strength, and I pray it will for you, as well. I don't believe for a minute that God is finished with you. I believe he has work for you to do for him, and that is an honor.
When we are down, our human strength fails. The temptation to give up often happens because we are trying to fight in our own power. The answer is to stop trying to hold it together, and surrender our weakness to Him. Your story isn't finished... God is still working behind the scenes.
The fact that you are weary, is not a sign of failure; it is a sign that you are fighting a battle, and God is waiting to help you. He is building your endurance and promises blessings, if you do not give up.
A Prayer the weary:
Lord, I’m tired, and I honestly want to give up. Please fill my heart with Your peace, and lift this heavy burden I am carrying. I am, for a moment, letting go of the old, so You can do a new thing in me. I trust that You are working, even when I can't feel it. Give me the strength to stand up, keep going, and trust in Your plan. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Reminders:
You are not alone:God is near.
It’s not over:He has a plan.
Keep going:Your future is worth it, even if you can’t see it now. ❤
