Who really owns you?

Everyone lives their lives thinking they are in control, they have the right to do this and that, privacy etc. but when you die it turns into something else. All those rights go away. The government grabs your body, whisks it off to be embalmed, autopsied, documented and stored in a freezer somewhere.
Are they checking for alien incursion? They need to validate you are human and not a vampire, or maybe you have two hearts or 3 lungs or something.
Can you not wear a bracelet that says "no embalming" or something? Can't you be burned with your own blood?
Why does some random guy get to cut you open, dig out your kidneys and liver and then your heart and examine it?
Isn't that against some religious passage?
"Though shalt not chop open random corpses to check for two hearts, nor shalt they replace blood with some other horrible thing. Thine corps shalt be preserved until it turns to dust in some fashion ort another."

They don't do autopsies on everybody just those that die suspiciously or through some type of foul play. Those who die of natural causes no autopsy is done.

The government whether elected, inherited or forced is in control of much of everything and everyone's life. One has to live by the rules of the government, and being paid to do it.
@Charity Yes exactly, you are owned, even when you are dead.
