He sent me a follow request again on Instagram. So should I follow him back?

So yeah this is about this guy Mrityunjay who was my classmate in 1st year of my MBA too in mid 2023 to early 2024. He was mostly neutral to me in person. He is from Gorakhpur in UP State but grew up in Kolkata and came to our city Bangalore in India for his MBA whereas I am from Siliguri in West Bengal but living in Bangalore for years. Many classmates would encourage me, sometimes laugh as I used to smile and blush a lot in class in general, had crush on Anshika which Mrityunjay knew too as he was in the same friends circle as her. He also followed me on Instagram and as he was a classmate I followed him back even though we weren't close at all. But on Instagram, he showed his true color. Whenever I posted anything like my selfie video or update of buying a new phone or trio pics and put a slider to rate, he would always give the lowest rating to me in those stories. Not only that, he would also reply to my stories with laughing emojis and try to mock me. Yeah I would sometimes get angry and ask him why does he do that but he would still reply with more laughing emojis in mocking tones. He mostly saw me as a joke i guess in class and he showed it on Instagram. If I got angry and warned him, he would say he will say to my crush Anshika that I am threatening people. Even after MBA freshly done, he was still rating it low in sliders and replying to my stories in mocking way and laughing emojis at times when I posted my selfies and went for trips.

But as I also post supercars in UB City and Lavelle road area of our city Bangalore, I remember saying in the captions I will post the other cars on next day but he replied "Please don't post anymore" I got angry and said him I can post whatever I want and if you have any problems then mute or unfollow me. He then replied "Ohh thank you that's a good idea" and after some times he literally blocked me. But idk when he again unblocked me too as I could see his profile on suggested profile list. But yesterday he again sent me a follow request. Yeah in my previous post I mentioned that I appeared in a YouTube shorts of a supercar youtuber in our city running behind a Lamborghini Revuelto which I shared to my friend Ali who further shared it to Kiran who posted it in our unofficial class Whatsapp group and it was a fun chat and I guess Mrityunjay saw the chats and the YouTube short too so he that's why followed me again maybe to see my contents again or idk why he did despite him blocking me for a while. I am 25 now and he is also 25 now. I just ignored the request for a while tho but I wonder whether to follow back to leave it as it is because I am pretty sure he will mock me or use laughing emojis again once he starts seeing my Instagram stories and I don't want that as it's really annoying now. What do you feel?
