Am I the only in whose mind Michael DeSanta from GTA 5 comes when hearing this song?

I bet 99% of users on this site knows this song as many users are in the older age groups(35+) and western and often 40s to 60s age range and some even 70s and this song is really retro too as I saw it's a 1993 song. I wasn't even born at the time as I am 25 now haha. I just discovered this song recently as I have seen people using this song on many Youtube shorts videos especially in car videos. But yeah this song reminds me of Michael DeSanta of GTA 5. That's because there is a mission named Bury The Hatchet in the game, where Michael goes to North Yankton and a background music plays while he gets some flashbacks and the music sounds very similar to this song so yeah this song instrumentally reminds me of Michael from GTA 5 because of that. This song fits the global vibe of Central areas of our city Bangalore in India too especially UB City, Lavelle Road and Church Street where I socialize with women especially foreign expat ones. But this one mostly gives Michael vibes so am I the only who feels it or does any of you feel it too when hearing it? But yeah this song is so catchy and it's in my mind for real especially when waking up it has been playing in my mind haha.
