Can you all explain why I look so bad in this army haircut?

So it's been almost 2 weeks since I got this new haircut but idk I always look so bad after haircuts especially this army cut 🥲🥲. The selfie video i shared is without glasses but with my glasses I look worse. I look less youthful and more serious and maybe even a bit older 😢😭. I am 25 and definitely don't wanna look like this especially as I approach women including foreign expats in Central areas of our city Bangalore in India. In Church Street which is a youthful and cosmopolitan part of the city I definitely wanna look more approachable and not too serious. In this formal shirt I look even worse. I have been noticing for many years that after haircuts I never look good. Is it really my facial structure? 😢😢. Seriously I look more much better with longer hair but as I live with parents(normal in India) and giving interviews and freshly done with MBA, they say me to get a haircut to look more neat and professional. Even the barber from whom I have been getting haircut since I was 16 or 17 has been cutting my hair short as he feels I don't comb so he thinks shorter hair is only better. 🥲😭.
