When you lie down all sore after a long day of physical effort

But knowing that you made an elderly person happy by helping them move furniture round their home… is such a rewarding feeling ❤‍🩹

And I got cheesecake so it’s a win win haha

Reminds me of when I spent nearly an entire day last summer removing weeds and overgrown brush from my grandparents’ yard. It’s exhausting but rewarding work to help someone like that.
