Crazy neighbors managed to send us a letter without knowing our address...
The letter just had my husband's name on it, no address. The guy who delivered the dog food which we recently ordered, took the letter and gave it to us today. 😅
It is a proposal to pay them 20000 hryvnias for an appraiser. 😆
When the water damage was discovered, the police and the head of the building wrote down what had been damaged and took pictures, yet our crazy neighbors paid someone to come and write down what had been damaged, again, and sent us said document.
This document states that the electricity did not work at the time when the document was written. It also states that the walls were wet. In other words, this document states that they fried their own wires by turning on the electricity while the walls were still wet – how else could they know that it didn't work? They went through all this hassle to send us proof that we do not need to cover damages to the wires, since that damage was self-inflicted. 😆
The document also states that they have new expensive tiles on both the floors and walls in their apartment hallways. 🤔
They really think we will pay them 20000 hryvnias to appraise damages worth around 5000 hryvnias. I think we will have to respectfully decline that proposal. 😆
I never thought I'd be so famous to have such a dedicated stalker. 🙀
