The reason why it would really be good to work in the same workplace as Nishat. Do you agree with me too?
So Nishat is a guy who used to be in my MBA in the same year as me. In 1st year, we weren't classmates but in 3rd semester we shared some classes. So what happened is he was like that guy who used to tease me. He knew I had crush on Anshika and later on Akansha in 2nd semester. I remember he used to tease me about her. He also follows me on Instagram and came to know I was a fan Linkin Park and even Justin Timberlake. I also cover Linkin Park songs on Smule app and try to do the same fry vocal singing style which Chester Bennington used during Hybrid Theory and Meteora and try to do the same screams so Nishat used to encourage me to sing more and often show me this 🤟🤟 hand gesture. He is basically from Patna in Bihar of India but did his undergrads and MBA here in Bangalore in India whereas I am from Siliguri in West Bengal in India but living in Bangalore for years. I remember I started experimenting with eating Pork in late 2023 to early 2024. Nishat is Muslim so one of my male peer said him for fun about me that I eat Pork and the disgusted face he made was priceless 🤣😂. But he was still friendly to me mostly. Our bond wasn't super close tho it was more like a chill funny type bond with mostly banters and joking and nothing more. But I remember in mid to late 2024 when we were in 3rd semester of MBA and I finally became more confident and talking to multiple MBA women in our campus from junior year and same year, he would tease me and even encourage me to go talk to a particular woman he points out. Like he would say me to go just talk to her and I would do it and other guys would tease me which felt fun but at times annoying.
Now I am 25 and he is 26 and both done with our MBA. We again sat next to each other in our MBA convocation just 3-4 months ago and it was fun as he would ask me to play songs in my phone and I would put songs by Mohombi, Taio Cruz and Pitbull and it was a funny moment. He again teased me too as I talked to multiple women from my year in the convocation and even some of my MBA juniors too and complimented some of the women too saying they were looking cute/pretty in the outfit which made him and some more guys tease me. So today what happened is as I am job seeking, I saw this job which is perfectly a Business Analyst role and its an internship which will become a full time after 2 months. So on Linkedin when applying for it, I saw Nishat also is working in that company. Now after seeing that I want to get into the company for real 🤣😂. It would be fun to have Nishat as my coworker as he was one of the people who made my MBA days alive with his teasing and banters and I am honestly missing those days 🥲🥹. I just applied for it today tho and seeing how competitive the job market is, I am worried whether I will even get an interview call or whether the ATS tracker will reject my resume even though my profile, skills, educational background and resume fully fits that role. Honestly it would be really fun if we both work there together haha. What do you feel? Can you agree with me?
