Today was too much.

It's nearly midnight and my jaw will not loosen.

The work I do isn't really okay for me. My nervous system struggles. I give myself credit for being strong but I admit my weakness is the confusion and uncertainty and whiplash of every single day.

I can handle it, but I can't.

Not when I get in my car and head home, not at night, not when I have to support others as I'm needing a moment to cope.

Set healthy boundaries, give yourself a break you are strong but everyone has their limits and breaking point.

You've just identified your limits, which is good. Now start recognizing the signs before you over do it. And then stop before you hit them and be very strict about it.

@Bang5luts I wish I could have boundaries but I'm a single mom raising a kid and working two jobs. Unless something miraculous happens I'm going to have to keep pushing.
