I couldn't imagine anyone worrying about such a small age gap. In fact, it seems to me more usual for the man to be a few years older than for the man and woman to be the same age. My own husband is more than 10 years older than me, so I am the last person in the world to be concerned.

@Poppies Oh okay thanks. Actually the mid 40s man got criticized in the post but yeah he is 45 wanting to date 18-25 year olds whereas I am 25 and mostly wanting 21-30. I just worry too as some online spaces like reddit nowadays even says how a 3 or 4 years in our 20s is pushing it or kinda strange

@Heroisthebest25 I have read some young people complaining about being in different stages of life--one person being in a stage to settle down and make serious commitments, another being at a stage to date and have fun. One person being at a professional stage, another being in the student stage. Not exactly complaints about age differences.
