What part of it scares you most?
SinlessOnslaught · M
@ArkBallet I'm not sure what you're asking

@SinlessOnslaught When you think about nothing after death, what part gives you the most fear? The pure dread of not existing? The idea that everything you are simply vanishes? Or the loss of comfort of there being something for you? Or something else?

@ArkBallet Losing loved ones and the dread of not existing, myself.

@SinlessOnslaught There’s another way to look at it, not as “there is nothing and it’s terrifying” but as “I don’t know” and “I don’t know” is different from “nothing”.

@ArkBallet I can't sit comfortably in that space either. I'm not sure why.

@SinlessOnslaught The truth is that no one is comfortable with it. What you see are people who accept it because it cannot be any other way. They accept it because it would logically be a waste of the little time we have here, to dread it. That's all anyone can do.
