The structure of my life, to bring details forward that I have spoken of before.
I was born in Palermo, and my home was in a small village that is on the outskirts of the city, and part of the environs of the city of Palermo. We lived there until I was eight years old.
We moved with my father’s promotion to Naples, and my formative years (8 to 18) were spent in the city and its environs. I was at a very prestigious school in Naples, and I achieved great results despite my emerging rebellious tendencies.
I applied to several universities but I decided on Sapienza in Rome because my parents moved again after my father’s appointment to the department of the interior. He’s a long term, long served carabinieri officer 👮.
I completed university with a good degree in marketing and after a couple of trials I joined the company that I work for now, and steadily grew to being the marketing director for the magazine. Just before starting university I gave birth to my daughter Chiara and my parents helped me to cope with university and motherhood.
Our first home as a family (Chiara and me) was near the Coliseum here in Rome, and my parents helped me with paying for the apartment and it was five years later that we moved to the apartment which is our home now in the Prati quite near to where my parents live.
