Just sent in my floorplan for the proposed idea of renting out half of the upper floor of the market
This will allow:
Me to get paid more for managing the studio rentals
The market to raise funds to upgrade the interior of the building
People to have a cool and affordable place to work ☺
I already have people interested in the spaces, it's just a matter of getting the City to approve our idea and let us know what kind of insurance or permits or fire doors or whatever else we need
AND IF IT DOESNT WORK OUT I AM JUST GOING TO GET 5000 PIGEONS AND WE WILL ALL LIVE HERE
