So I had an amazing conversation with a Danish woman today. What do you feel about it?
So inside 1MG mall in Trinity circle of our city Bangalore in India, I approached this woman and initiated a conversation. She was very friendly and we started talking. When I mentioned about my MBA, she asked questions about it. She is from Denmark and is just in Bangalore for a 3 days work trip. She then asked me more questions and I also said that I heard Denmark is beautiful and she said Yes it is but its very cold during winters. We then exchanged names but she struggled to pronounce my name so we both had a laugh about it.
Then she also shared that she is here in the mall to visit the H&M store and also compared how different it is here in Bangalore compared to Denmark and Scandinavia in general. She even explained that H&M is a Scandinavian brand if in case I didn't know. Then I also asked her what's the most popular dish in Denmark and she answered it's meatballs. She also said that Indian food is quite popular in her country and she loves butter chicken so I also answered oh wow that's great. We had a lots of laugh in the conversation. The conversation eventually ended with a handshake and I said her it was nice meeting you and she too said "Yeah it was nice meeting you and hope you get to socialize with more people as well" and laughed lightly and I said thanks and laughed too. So yeah it was a great conversation. I am 25 and it was one of my greatest cross-cultural interaction and she was really pretty too with curly hair. She was also speaking loudly and confidently which made the conversation flow even more
