In your opinion, should I show one of my posts which I post on here in my Instagram stories to my followers and friends?

So yeah Instagram have my real life friends and acquaintances who are 20 somethings(mostly 21-28 age range) and I am 25. So yeah none of them knows I am on SW haha. They don't know that I vent on here, post about my socializing, missing my MBA days, missing this guy that guy, about my crushes and almost everything here and some of my posts have crying emojis on here too. My posts are really big and detailed here. I don't use so much crying emojis or detailed thing on Instagram stories as Instagram is pic and video based so captions aren't supposed too be so detailed and I try not to appear too vulnerable there as everyone is peers especially the women so I don't open up as much to also avoid peer judgments. But on here tho most users are older skewing 35+ mostly(often 40s to 60s age range some even 70s) and anonymous so I share everything more in detail, show more vulnerability through crying emojis, sharing things like loneliness and FOMO more here, being silly in some posts, longing about crushes, missing University moments, missing this guy who used to call me Watermelon when I wore a particular shirt etc.

None of my followers from Instagram knows my SW persona, that I call myself "Hero" on here, I share sometimes even overshare etc and sometimes even get criticized by older Western men here unlike my peers on Instagram who are Indians too and mostly never get to interact with older Westerners. So should I share in my Instagram stories about my SW persona and share one of my post to show how much I share on here? What do you feel? Should they know it or its better to keep it a secret from them?
