Estate sale

So a friend has been setting up an estate sale. She needed a little help and these are a few things I have gotten to bring home.

A metal lamp!? And the little table it was on.

A metal cake plate

A typewriter that writes in fancy. I don’t know very much about these.

And a couple of books,

It’s been a chore, and even though I didn’t know the people it’s been kind of sad. I’ll treasure these things.

Awesome finds. I've always loved coming across goodies this way & having such the admiration for them. The cake plate is beautiful & I love the font on the typewriter. I'm a sentimental & the bittersweet feels often hit me as my mind wanders back to the previous owner(s). Enjoy putting your new items to use. 🌸✨

@LavidaRaq Perhaps they look down to see people like you & I cherishing them while wondering about their history. Who knows, they may have hated it & tossed it into a box of junk 😏😝
