Can't believe I was such an alcoholic addict and depressive person two years ago

I would drink daily, sleep and saw no any hope in my life. But one day I decided to bring changes in my life so joined meditation, did long hiking in nature and morning walk and left addiction completely. With healthy lifestyle I was able to give birth to my son and even managed my financial condition by saving $38000 in my bank account and tomorrow going back to my work after three months maternity leave. So, people who are really depressed, you can better your lifestyle and bring positive hopes in your life like me.

It’s amazing how much you can change your life with diet and commitment exercise. I quit cigarettes and alcohol one day about a dozen years ago.

I dropped 40lbs about 5 years ago. Cut carbs and sugar. I started working out harder then, every day. Today was 1,536 days without missing a daily workout.

If you want to live longer, get out in front of your health.
